a Meet Louisiana’s Medicaid eligibility
b Fall under the definition of Developmental Disability (manifesting before age 22)
c Meet the criteria for Intermediate Care Facility-Intellectual Disability (ICF-ID) Level of Care
d Have an OCDD Statement of approval
